Hilversum, June 10, 2013 – NEC Enterprise Solutions today announced the addition of the following three new hotel installations to its impressive customer base in Russia:
• The Sheraton Sheremeteyevo Moscow Airport
• The Hilton Garden Inn Krasnoyarsk
• The Hampton Samara
A t the same time it was announced that in Turkey, the soon to be opened Sheraton Adana has commissioned NEC and NEC’s Hospitality business partner Teksam to deliver a communication solution.
These significant new customer wins once more underpin NEC’s continued growth and success in the Hospitality Communication Market.
The Right Solution for the Right Hotel
As Anton Dunaev, Head of Telecommunication and IT department of “Advance-E”, NEC’s strategic partner for Hospitality in Russia, states: “NEC’s ‘Right Solution for the Right Hotel’ philosophy is a great fit for the international hotel industry. It becomes more and more clear why so many hotel-groups like Starwood, Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt have formally approved the hospitality platforms and solutions of NEC for their premises. This approach assures us partners that we select and install the right platform for the right type of hotel brand.”
As a result the Hampton Samara and the Garden Inn Krasnoyarsk (both 3-star brands within the Hilton Worldwide Family) will be equipped with an NEC UNIVERGE SV8100 communication platform and the Sheraton Sheremeteyevo (a 4-star brand of Starwood Hotels & Resorts) will be installed with a UNIVERGE SV8300. And in both cases the installations are a perfect fit for the level and scope of functionality needed.
Mobility and integration as powerful assets
“Another great asset within the NEC Hospitality portfolio is their mobility offering”, Dunaev continues. “The Hilton Garden Inn Krasnoyarsk, quite a big hotel for the Garden Inn brand, for example, has a complete NEC IP DECT mobility solution, fully integrated with the hotel’s core PMS and peripheral systems. We at Advance are looking forward to the successful installations with the above mentioned hotels – and an exciting future ahead with the NEC Hospitality Communication Solutions.”
Kees van Donk, Director Hospitality EMEA at NEC Enterprise Solutions confirms: “The combination of the most optimal voice solutions, being approved by all leading hotel chains and operators, and focused partners like Advance and Teksam, with their capacity to install, commission and support these solutions nationwide, is a very compelling offer to both hotel-owners as well as operators. Owners as well as operators can be assured of successful installations, without any unpleasant surprises.
Further news on the growth of NEC in Hospitality is expected soon
