Zeist, The Netherlands – With the signing of a new business partner agreement, KPN and NEC Philips Unified Solutions (NEC Philips) have reconfirmed their partnership in the area of business communications in The Netherlands. The contract involves sales and support of NEC Philips’ IP communication systems and solutions by KPN for a further period of 3 years. Both parties announced this at the busy NEC Phillips Customer day held today in Zeist, The Netherlands.
At the event Paul Kievit, President of NEC Philips Unified Solutions, presented KPN with the plaquette pertaining to the status of Platinum Business Partner and emphasized the important relationship between both parties. He indicated to expect this relationship will be further fuelled in the coming year by new developments in the NEC Philips portfolio.
The agreement confirms KPN’s ambition to serve the Dutch market with advanced IP based converged communication solutions that merge voice, data, fixed and mobile communications.
