Integrates business applications, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and helpdesk applications and voice communications with e-mail and web contacts, adding Text messaging, secure IM and rich calendar integration.
Mobile Messaging
Providing secure IM and rich presence information on Mobile devices like DECT handsets, PDA’s, Smart phones and Windows Mobile devices and seamless integration with Communicator Web access server and Windows Active Directory. Via Microsoft’s Communicator Mobile (COMO) client on PDA’s, Smart phones or Windows Mobile devices, users have direct access to the corporate directory, can immediately see who’s online or Out-of-the-Office.
