The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) is the leading educational center for engineers and technical science in Denmark and has 4,500 employees spread across many departments and offices all over the country.
In 2007 DTU integrated several different departments and institutions into one single organization and required a new telephone system that could realize this. Besides state of the art technology and a modern solution providing maximum flexibility, the university wished to offer staff the choice between a fixed line at the office and a mobile telephone.
